	• *I am not an alcoholic. Will I have to do treatment anyhow?* You will need to get an alcohol evaluation from a state certified treatment agency to confirm this. If you are not an alcoholic, then you will not need to do treatment. Though you will be required to take an 8 hour class called “Alcohol/Drug Information School.” • *I am concerned about my drinking, what should I do?* You should get an alcohol evaluation. They will recommend treatment that is appropriate for you. We generally recommend consulting an attorney about this treatment before starting it to make sure it is something that the court will recognize. • *I have to attend AA or NA meetings. How do I do this?* There are many different locations where you can attend a meeting. The internet is a wealth of information about where AA or NA meetings are held.^back to top
