There are currently no driver's license consequences surrounding a Washington State BUI.

Unlike a Driving Under the Influence case, if you are convicted of a BUI you will not lose your privilege to drive by the Washington State Department of Licensing.

Also, unlike a DUI, there are no DOL administrative penalties for taking the breath test and blowing a .08 or greater.

Likewise, there are no administrative penalties for refusing to take a breath test if you are stopped and arrested for BUI.
