Washington DUI / Physical Control Arrest
A Washington DUI or physical control arrest in which the breath test was refused or is a .08 or greater will trigger an action to suspend or revoke your license by the Washington Department of Licensing.
If the breath test is below a .08 there will be no administrative action, however, you could still be charged with a DUI.
Administrative / Civil Process with DUI
This administrative/civil process can mean a loss of your license for anywhere from 90 days to two years based on the circumstances of your case.
You have the right to challenge this action by the DOL by requesting a hearing within 7 days of the date of your arrest. If you do not request a hearing or the DOL finds against you at the hearing, below are the license consequences you are facing.
