Washington DUI / Physical Control Arrest

A Washington DUI or physical control arrest in which the breath test was refused or is a .08 or greater will trigger an action to suspend or revoke your license by the Washington Department of Licensing

If the breath test is below a .08 there will be no administrative action, however, you could still be charged with a DUI.
