Outcome: Dismissed with prejudice and win of DOL hearing.

Description: Client's DUI charge with a breath test of  .20/.21 dismissed on my motion due to an unconstitutional filing delay and the failure of the government to retain a video taken of my client at the time of his arrest.   The breath test in the case was also suppressed on my motion which lead to the successful dismissal of the pending license suspension through the DOL.  Case was later overturned on appeal.
