Jason Wins at Trial with Suppressed Breath Test

Jason won a DUI trial in King County District Court, Maleng Regional Justice Center, located in Kent this week.  The breath test was suppressed by the recent panel decision related to the breath test machine's failure to complete a required calculation as required by law.  The state introduced dash camera and the trooper's testimony about driving and field tests.  After a hard fought trial, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty, totally acquitting the client.
