Jason Lantz, Attorney with the Law Offices of Geoffrey Burg, spoke at the District and Municipal Court Judges Association (DMCJA) Annual Conference.  The week-long conference is an opportunity for Washington-state district and municipal judges to gather and learn about developments in the law in addition to networking.  A great majority of Washington district and municipal court judges attend this conference.

Jason Speaks at DMCJA Conference

Jason was honored to speak about the Draeger Alcotest 9510 and its use in DUI cases.  Jason spoke about the defense litigation surrounding the Draeger over the past three years.  Jason has been leading an effort to develop defense strategies in DUI cases where the Draeger was used.
